Estimate VS Measurement

There are meany equations available to estimate metabalism. Unfortunately, these equations-like any estimate- can be off by more than 500 calories per day. Eating only 200 more calories than you burn each day will result in a weight gain of 20lbs a year!

Regardless of what you eat, it is impossible to lose weight unless you eat fewer calories than you burn. It sounds easy, but it's hard to do unless you truly know how many colories your body is burning. This in your Metabolic Fingerprint.
